Job Title: Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Emerging Ideas. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase revenue for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm updates to continually improve strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
